Candace Slack, Au.D., CCC-A

Candace, originally from New England, earned both her Doctor of Audiology (2021) and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences (2016) from the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies!). She completed her 4th year residency at the Center for Hearing and Speech, a not-for-profit organization that has provided 100+ years of affordable services to those who have hearing loss in the St. Louis area. Candace is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence for Audiologists (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. When she is not practicing audiology, Candace enjoys exploring new restaurants, state parks, and farmer’s markets around the Triangle area.
